Our wellness discount allows you and your spouse to complete two steps to save $30 each on your medical contributions! Complete each step with your Direct Primary Care Physician (Luz or Sparrow) or Primary Care Physician. Here are the requirements.

• Step 2 – One Preventive Exam (Annual Physical, Mammogram, OB/GYN, Colonoscopy, or Prostate Exam)
