Most pharmacies participate in the BeneCard PBF network. You can easily locate a nearby participating pharmacy by registering here, or by calling them at 1-888-907-0070.

No. You will only receive a medical ID card through Allied, which will include your prescription information through BeneCard.

If you have used your medical card at a pharmacy before they may have your card information on file in their computer system. If that is the case, you will only need to present your prescription and your personal identification, e.g. driver's license. If you are having any problems getting your prescription filled, call BeneCard directly at 888-907-0070.

Should you choose to go to a non-participating pharmacy you may submit a Claim Form along with an itemized receipt. Forms are available on the member portal. Click here to view the reimbursement form. Reimbursement amounts will be based on your program coverage which is typically less than the amount you paid out-of-pocket.
