Health Saving Account (HSA)
Available with the HSA plan, a Health Savings Account (HSA) combines high deductible health insurance with a tax-favored savings account. Money in the savings account can help pay the deductible. And money left in the savings account earns interest and is yours to keep.

For 2026, you can contribute up to $4,400 as a single and $8,750 if you enroll as a family. Additionally, if you are age 55 or older, you are eligible to make a catch-up contribution of $1,000.

This benefit is provided by HealthEquity. Click here for a list of eligible expenses.

Note: The HSA accounts have a monthly fee of $2.25 to manage the account and financial transfers. The monthly fee is automatically withdrawn from your account.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
MEDICAL CARE FSA - Available with the PPO plan or if you waive coverage
A medical care flexible spending account helps you save on out-of-pocket qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses, or qualified dependent care expenses. Pre-tax deductions for the medical care FSA cannot exceed $2,000 for 2026. Click here for a list of eligible expenses.

If you do not use all of your FSA annual contribution, you will forfeit the remaining balance. You have a 3-month grace period after the plan year has ended to spend your funds. You will have until March 31, 2027 to file for reimbursement for claims incurred between January 1, 2026 through March 15, 2027. Any 2026 funds remaining in your account after March 31, 2027 will be forfeited.
The FSA benefits are provided by iSolved Benefit Services.

A debit card is provided for you to make payment at the time of service for a pharmacy, co-pay, etc. You can also make payment for any eligible expense that you receive an invoice for.

DEPENDENT CARE FSA - Available to all associates
A dependent care flexible spending account lets you set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for dependent care. Contributing to this benefit reduces taxable income and spreads the benefits of pre-tax dollars throughout the year.

A dependent care FSA can only be used for qualifying eligible dependent care services, such as preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and child or adult daycare. In 2026, you can contribute up to $7,500 per year, or $3,750 if married and filing taxes separately. Learn more about the Dependent Care FSA.
