401(k) Plan
To help you prepare for retirement, Four Seasons Family of Companies offers a qualified 401(k) plan. Associates are eligible for contributions on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. The plan includes a company match of 50%, up to a 3% company contribution, after one year of employment. These funds are automatically deposited into your 401(k).
Making changes is easy, and you have control over how much you contribute and how it is invested.
Contribution and beneficiary changes must be made through the T.Rowe Price website or by calling 1-800-922-9945.
